  We needed a room close to where we were going. If I was on vacation I would have went back one exit to the Holiday Inn Express. If you are use to those type hotels like I am you would not stay here. The tub floor probably can't be cleaned any better than it is. I am hoping the beds are fairly comfortable, that remains to be seen. No bugs in the bed that I have seen. The bedspreads have been washed I think but stained. I am an avid review reader and writer so I hope this helps others. The lady at the front was very nice though.
  Update...the beds were pretty comfortable and we did get a breakfast voucher for Shoney's. I did check our beds for bugs but they were okay. Really do need some new bedspreads, stains make you wonder. Overall it was okay.

  Stopped for a few hours of sleep. Warm cozy rooms. Voucher given to 3 adults and 4 kids for a all you can eat breakfast buffet. Which was a delicious way to continue our journey back to Michigan. Thank you also to the sweet man who was there to actually greet us at the door . Very Nice Place...
